FAQs
What is the wedding dress code?
Cocktail attire. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Please dress appropriately for the temperatures.
Can I wear ski gear to the welcome party?
Yes! The welcome party is an après-ski event, so feel free to come straight from the slopes or dress it up a bit for the evening. Western-inspired outfits are also welcome if you’d like to lean into the Park City vibe!
Are kids invited to the wedding?
The welcome party and wedding day events are for adults only. There are great local childcare options available. Kids are welcome to join the Ski Day with the Bride & Groom!
How do lift tickets and equipment rentals work at Deer Valley?
Lift Tickets:
IKON Pass: Deer Valley is included - just remember to make a reservation via IKON.
Day Tickets: Available online or at the window (buying online in advance can save a bit). If you know someone with an IKON pass, they can get you a Buddy Pass for ~20% off. Need help? Ask Henry or Isabel!
Equipment Rentals:
Black Tie Ski Rentals - delivery to your hotel
Stein Eriksen Lodge - on-site rentals
Silver Lake Lodge & Snow Park Lodge - rentals available on-site
If you love your own equipment, definitely bring it! We usually do.
Important: Deer Valley is ski-only - no snowboarding allowed. Snowboarders can head to nearby Park City Mountain Resort, which accommodates both skiers and snowboarders.
